Can we start with a focused assessment?
Yes. An assessment or workshop can establish priorities before you commit to a wider programme. Any follow-on delivery is separately scoped.
Do you offer retained security leadership?
Virtual CISO and advisory support can be discussed, with agreed responsibilities, reporting and meeting cadence.
Is this a 24/7 incident response service?
This enquiry channel is not an emergency response service. Incident readiness and response support must be expressly agreed in your engagement.
Which company will I contract with?
Kenya incorporation is planned. The contracting entity, registration details, applicable terms and delivery responsibilities will be confirmed in writing before an engagement is agreed.
